Thank you for shopping with Marca Dinero. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We operate with two distinct fulfillment timelines. If your order contains both premade and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive premade items faster, please place separate orders.

• Premade Items (T-Shirts):

Orders for premade items are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, domestic delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

• Pre-order Items (Hoodies):

These items are produced in limited runs to maintain quality. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive a tracking confirmation as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Domestic (USA): We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

• International: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once they have been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Marca Dinero is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office or carrier.
